Jimmy and his team at Black Tie were awesome. We had some shingles blow off in a recent storm. Jimmy came out promptly, gave an honest and quick assessment of the damage (a minor repair - there was zero attempt to upsell or talk me into replacing more than was necessary) and he and his team completed the repairs same-day at a very reasonable price. Jimmy is clearly honest, reputable, and trustworthy. If you need to have your roof looked at or repaired/replaced, I couldn't recommend him strongly enough.

We had our roof weak which caused our bathroom ceiling to fall in. I contacted a few companies and felt like they were not the right fit for our family. Jimmy came in and explained things that nobody else even mentioned. We went with black tie dye to the honesty and reliability. We could not have made a better choice. The roof looks amazing and our bathroom where the ceiling fell in, looks better than any other room in our house. The drywall team were wonderful. They came in and took care of everything within two days, and could not even tell that there was ever a leak in there to begin with. They put the new roof on and one day, despite them having to wait until the rain went away. they removed all of their debris and covered plants and Wells in the yard for protection. This company definitely goes above and beyond with their customer service. Jimmy has been able to answer questions from the Insurance side and been able to walk us through anything that our insurance company has thrown towards us . Would highly recommend this company to anyone and have also recommended to coworkers which are now customers as well.

Jimmy and his team are amazing! I originally contacted Jimmy on a whim from a random post I saw, and it ended up being a great decision. Jimmy helped me right from the start with understanding what my insurance will be doing as far as inspections and how the claim process works. He helped resolve issues with my adjuster to get them on board with the necessary replacement vs. just doing a repair job. He explained about the different types, brands, and colors of shingles we could select. Jimmy was very helpful and patient while we looked at other roof colors in the area that he recommended based on our neighborhood and our specific house colors and material. We finally scheduled the roof replacement and it was completed within the day! I was very impressed and pleased with their work. Jimmy went above and beyond what was needed to replace not only my house roof, but also the garage to match. I honestly can’t think of any negative issues we had during the process (other than dealing with my insurance people) and anything that came up, Jimmy handled almost immediately. As a person, Jimmy was such a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, to the point about how things work. He didn’t leave anything out and he was very easy to get ahold of for any questions I had.. such a great guy to work with overall. Thank you so much Jimmy! Andy Russell was our go to guy for the entire project, very friendly, honest and straight up with each step from initial contact to the finish. Andy explained each step and sent us pictures of progress. 1000% would recommend Black Tie roofing and Construction.
